You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. Access to certain features requires approval. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Do not misuse, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not resell or redistribute data without written permission.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on the Service are owned by Startup Atlas or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

Information on the Service is provided "as is" for informational purposes. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, and the Service does not constitute investment, legal, or financial advice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Startup Atlas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Prague.
